Timber luxury. Private villa

While the ground floor of this villa was built of reinforced concrete, the first and second floors where constructed following the technique of traditional Russian wooden palaces using the precious Siberian cedar.

 

The concept of the interior evolves around the precious wood, which remained exposed acting both as the structural and decorative element. It features hand painted ornamented wooden ceilings, traditional ceramics and classical plaster ornaments on the ground floor – all the details that create an atmosphere similar to the noble palaces of the Past.

 

Unfortunately this project was not completed due to the lack of funds.
